As we mentioned in our latest newsletter, we recently attended Didacta Italia, the largest education event in the country. The fair brings together teachers, principals, and school administrators looking for new educational tools and innovative learning experiences.

Together with our partner Festo Education, we presented our joint solution designed to support student orientation from middle school through high school. By combining Wisepath’s SkillQuest platform—which measures soft skills through commercial video games—with Festo’s Byonics kits, which assess STEM abilities through hands-on robotics activities, schools can now gain a holistic view of both the human and technical talent of their students. This enables educators to better guide each student toward a fulfilling and successful career path.

The response at the event exceeded all expectations. Teachers, principals, and representatives from national education bodies expressed strong enthusiasm for the solution’s potential to engage students and its innovative use of video games and robotics for skill development.

The event confirmed that the timing is perfect for the Wisepath–Festo collaboration, as schools are increasingly seeking effective ways to measure and develop both soft and STEM skills. This approach directly addresses one of education’s top priorities: helping young people discover their strengths and choose the academic or professional path that best allows them to express their full potential.
