Gianluca is a technology expert with over 25 years of experience in innovation and digital transformation. He's launched two AR/VR educational apps used by 35,000 students, generated $46.5M in B2B sales, and co-launched the first low-cost Pay TV in South Africa.
Specializing in soft skills development, Gianluca believes in an education that values human talent and personal growth.
Adrian has over 25 years in-depth experience building new and improving existing businesses.
He's specialized in Business Technology Integration, Edge Computing, Deep Learning, Broadcasting and Telecommunications, including general, operational and development management of small to mid-size, private and public organizations.
Frank brings exceptional problem identification and resolution abilities. He's a recognized leader, a people integrator, and an excellent motivator.
With 30+ years of international experience and a background in strategy, operations, and consulting, Frank has held CTO and VP positions in international organizations and start-up companies.
David is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry. He has held executive positions in both International Finance and Operations at companies including Sun Microsystems, Dell and HPE Software. David has deep expertise in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions.
David believes passionately in the power of the Team and over the past few years has focused much of his time on leading organizations through transformation, and on supporting the development of younger career professionals.
Paola is in her fifth startup journey and is recognized as one of Italy’s leading experts in HRTech.
With over thirty years of experience across multinationals, SMEs, and entrepreneurial ventures, she has supported founders, C-level leaders, and international teams in shaping growth strategies, go-to-market execution, and technology adoption.
She leads go-to-market strategy and revenue growth, contributing to the commercial scalability of behavioral data–driven solutions.
Sergio is a psychologist specializing in human behavior, game-based assessment, and behavioral skills measurement. He has led the development of SkillQuest's behavioral modeling methodology, translating gameplay data into objective insights about human talent and decision-making.
Combining psychology, research, and game design, Sergio focuses on building scientifically grounded frameworks that help organizations better understand, develop, and unlock human potential.
Certified in UX Design, Design Thinking, and Webflow, Emma came to design late in life, turning to web design during the pandemic. She is currently developing websites for Amply as part of their Retainers team.
Previously, Emma has been a salesperson, professional singer, executive administrator, self-publisher of a feminist zine, the producer of a cabaret, and an astrologer.
