We absolutely crushed it at the Innovation Training Summit, and the results validate everything we've been building on both the sales and fundraising fronts.
We lined up back-to-back meetings for both days with exactly the right people: HR executives from tier-1 Italian corporations. Every single one of them told us that measuring soft skills is at the top of their priority list. They're all struggling with the same two pain points: finding and hiring the right talent, and keeping younger employees from walking out the door. Everyone understood immediately the problems we're solving, how our solution works, what we offer. Every conversation turned into a qualified lead, and Paola, our VP of Sales, is organizing follow-ups for after Easter.
But the real validation? A Generali senior Innovation manager posted this on LinkedIn completely unprompted: "Wisepath: Many of the things about AI were already on my radar. This wasn't. If you're not familiar with it, I think it deserves a deeper look, especially for those working in training, talent, and skill assessment." That's the kind of endorsement you can't buy.
The investor meetings were equally powerful. Our showcase pitch landed with three solid investment leads of people who want to invest and help us raise the seed-round in Italy and the US. The feedback was unanimous and frankly better than we expected. They told us that we should raise our European ask. They called the solution "a game-changer," "a paradigm shift," and "a defensible, original idea."
One of the judges of the showcase we participated in summed it up perfectly in her post: "Wisepath: Measuring soft skills through behaviors in mainstream video games. Not a gimmick—a paradigm shift. With European scientific validation. The kind of approach that transforms a methodology into a defensible asset.”
